Happy Tuesday runners,
The days are getting shorter, darker, and colder, and in most of the country the clocks changed to standard time over the weekend. How does your running schedule change with the season? More miles in the dark? More time on the treadmill?
Studies show that the rhythms of winter’s Standard Time are more natural and healthier for us, while popular opinion (and senate votes) tend to favor summer’s Daylight Savings Time, the less natural option. If Standard Time offers more optimal health, and maybe better fitness, would you support less light in the evenings all year round?
?Deal of the week: Up to 60% off rabbit apparel (Men / Women). Is it too late for tank tops (Men / Women)? It’s always time for joggers (Men / Women).
