  1. Amy says:

It’s my 3rd year of ultra running. First year, I finished 50k, 50M, and 100M on my 50th birthday. Second year, I worked to get faster in a 50M. This was all great, yet it was all on very flat terrain. This year I’m racing in the mountains to get more technical. And hopefully feel strong there.

  2. Elliott C Beach says:

Run my first 100 miler and continue to find joy in running!

  3. Chris Conant says:

Every trail race in Idaho, from April to September:

Spitfire, River of No Return, Palisades, Standhope, Dig Your Grave, Gibson Loop

  4. Hollie Ketcham says:

2023 is all about being consistent and running for time on feet as opposed to a set mileage count.

  5. Tracie says:

Having a comeback and finding the love of running again.

  6. Gary C Smith says:

I want to run a race in every county in my home state of WV. We have 55 counties and I have raced in 41 so far. I want to get as many of the 14 remaining counties as I can. As a small population mostly rural state one problem is just finding a race in some counties. It likely will take a few more years for me to reach this goal but I want to make some progress toward my goal this year.

  7. Jen Greenberg says:

Just get out more without injury, and hopefully run a trail marathon!

  8. Lisa Brazell says:

Run my first full marathon, after coming back from injury. Volunteering at a 100 miler to get into that community!

  9. madeline winters says:

    Finish my first 20mi’er!

  10. SG Gorman says:

Focus on enjoying the process of running.
